📌PROCEDURE:
1. Internal administration of Sthanya-nāśaka dravyas in powdered, decoction, or ghrita form.
2. External application of paste (lepa) of Sthanya-nāśaka drugs over the breasts to reduce milk secretion.
3. Avoid warm fomentation—instead, use cool applications.
4. Dietary regimen: Light, non-lactogenic foods (avoid milk, ghee, and sweets).
5. Maintain breast hygiene and avoid stimulation.
