📌 PROCEDURE:
1. Nidana Parivarjana – Avoid causative factors (Ahara, Vihara, Manasika).
2. Shodhana Chikitsa – If suitable, perform mild Vamana or Virechana according to dosha involvement.
3. Shamana Chikitsa – Use dosha-specific decoctions or ghritas to normalize milk.
4. Ahara Pathya – Advise light, easily digestible, and dosha-balancing diet.
5. Sthanya Shodhana Dravya – Administration of drugs which purify breast milk.
6. Stanya Punarjanana – After purification, galactagogue (Stanyajanana) drugs may be given to restore quality and quantity.
