    🔸Ela (Cardamom)

    🔸Agaru

    🔸Kasturi

    🔸Sugandha Dravya Taila (Aromatic oils)

    🔸Rose water (Gulab jal)

    🔸Camphor (Karpura)


    📌 PROCEDURE:

    1. Preparation of fragrant environment using incense, oils, or herbal fumigation.

    2. Application of aromatic pastes or oils over the body or specific points.

    3. Inhalation therapy using aromatic fumes or steam (Dhoomapana / Sugandha Nasya).

    4. Use of fragrant baths (Sugandha Snana) or anointments.

    5. Maintaining calm surroundings to enhance sensory rejuvenation.
