• Steps:

    1. Start Position: Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out straight in front of you. Keep your back straight and hands resting on your thighs. 

    2. Bend One Leg: Bend your right leg at the knee and place your right foot on the floor beside your left knee. 

    3. Twist Your Body: Place your right hand behind you on the floor for support. Bring your left hand over your right knee and rest it on the floor or hold your right ankle. 

    4. Look Over Your Shoulder: Gently twist your upper body to the right and look over your right shoulder. Keep your spine straight throughout. 

    5. Hold the Pose: Stay in this position for a few deep breaths (around 10-20 seconds). 

    6. Return to Start: Slowly untwist your body, bring your hands and legs back to the starting position. 

    7. Switch Sides: Repeat the same steps on the other side by bending your left leg and twisting to the left.
