      • Abdominal distention, pain, constipation, bloating, and flatulence.

    • It disturbs Apana Vata, affecting lower GIT and reproductive systems.

    2. MOOTRA VEGA (URGE TO URINATE)

    • Suppression can lead to:

      • Urinary tract infections, bladder disorders, pain in the bladder region, kidney stones.

    • Increases Vata and Kapha in the urinary tract.

    3. PUREESHA VEGA (URGE TO DEFECATE)

    • Suppression causes:

      • Constipation, headache, flatulence, belching, and even cardiac strain.

    • Leads to Agnimandya and Apana Vata imbalance.

    4. KSHAVATHU VEGA (URGE TO SNEEZE)

    • Suppression can cause:

      • Headaches, facial paralysis, neck stiffness, eye and nasal disorders.

    • It obstructs the normal Udana Vata flow in head and neck.
