    बलागुडूचीसुरपादपानांक्वथे पचेत्तैलमिमैश्व कल्कैः।

    🧪 INGREDIENTS

    💧 Kashaya Dravya (Herbal Decoction Ingredients)

    Used to prepare the kashaya (herbal decoction)

    • 🌱 Bala (Sida cordifolia)

    • 🌿 Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)

    • 🌲 Surapadapa / Devadaru (Cedrus deodara)


    🌿 Kalka Dravya (Paste Ingredients)

    Each ingredient is taken in equal quantity (1 part each):

    • 🌸 Jata / Jatamamsi (Nardostachys jatamansi)

    • 🌼 Amaya / Kushta (Saussurea lappa)

    • 🟥 Chandana / Raktachandana (Pterocarpus santalinus)

    • 🪵 Kunduruka / Sallaki Niryasa (Boswellia serrata)

    • 🌿 Nata / Tagara (Valeriana wallichii)

    • 🧪 Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)

    • 🌲 Sarala (Pinus roxburghii)

    • 🍃 Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata)


    🪔 Sneha Dravya (Oil Base)
    • 🧴 Tila Taila (Sesame oil) – 1 Prastha (approx. 768 ml)


    👩‍🍳 MODE OF PREPARATION

    • Prepare a kashaya using Bala, Guduchi, and Surapadapa.

    • Add all Kalka dravyas in equal parts to the decoction.

    • Heat the mixture with Tila Taila using Taila Paka Vidhi (traditional oil-cooking method).

    • Once properly cooked, filter and store.
