Purvakarma (Preliminary measures):
Shodhana (Purification) is advised before Rasayana for better absorption.
Includes Vamana, Virechana, Basti as per prakriti and dosha predominance.
Pradhana Karma (Main therapy):
Selection of appropriate Rasayana based on age, disease, strength, and constitution.
