📌DEFINITION :

🔸Ubtan is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal paste made from powdered herbs, pulses, and other natural ingredients, used for cleansing, exfoliation, improving complexion, and enhancing skin health.

📌DRUGS USED :

🔸Haridra

🔸Chandana

🔸Vacha

🔸Masoor dal

🔸Yastimadhu

🔸Amla

🔸Lodhra

🔸Kustha

📌PROCEDURE :

🔸Select suitable herbal powders according to skin type and purpose.

🔸Mix with appropriate liquid medium (milk, rose water, honey, or herbal decoction) to form a smooth paste

🔸Apply evenly on cleansed skin.

🔸Leave until semi-dry.

🔸Gently massage in circular motion for exfoliation.

🔸 Rinse off with lukewarm water.
